I am having this headach now for 3 days plus
stiff neck and trmeors. Just want to sleep.
HELP IS HARD TO FIND!!

Are you in treatment? You may need to go to the emergency room. It is possible that you have meningitis. If you are not under a doctor's care, it should be checked out.

Stiff neck, headache, and tremors can indicate meningal or brain involvement. Do you have a fever? Is this new, sudden onset? If so, seriously consider emergency care. It may be nothing, but could be serious.

You sound like me exactly. Those are my regularly occurring symptoms...along with spinal pain (Thoracic).
