I've been on abx for about 4 or 5 months. I've had to work slowly up to the 500 mg. Zith and 500 mg. Ceftin, and have been on Heparin, Samento, Cumanda, Artemisinin.
I haven't really had any "good" days, just days that are worse from herxing. I do feel like I can finally tolerate the high abx now but now I really feel uncomfortable taking these strong meds for too long.
So, I have a couple of questions:
1. I am pulsing the abx, 10 days on, 5 days off. Can I Rife on the "off days" (if I can figure out when the Zith is out of my system since I know it takes awhile). I could also pulse off the abx longer if I start to Rife.
2. I don't know if the abx is working (well I guess it is if I'm feeling worse than usual) so how long is a good time to use it before stopping and beginning the Rife machine? (I realize there isn't any one specific answer to this.)
3. Can you use Rife with Samento, Cumanda, Artemisinin and Heparin?
I do have Bryan's book and my husband (the engineer) and I have both studied this quite a bit over the last few months.
I'm pretty sure you can rife while taking the herbs. Doesn't Bryan mention in the book about how to use abx and Rife?
from what I remember reading, you're not supposed to do both......but with your pulsing, I think you might have a good thing going there.
The main issue is whether or not you've taken abx long enough to kill out most of the critters. I don't advocate Rife too early in treatment, but I'm no expert on this. Four months isn't very long.
Have you been on the Lyme/Rife group yet?? I think you could pose this question to them also.

Thanks Lymetoo -- I'm probably jumping the gun here.
I haven't been on the lyme/rife group yet. I'll pose this question to them.
I've been sick probably since I was a teenager so its been a long time --- very chronic.
I guess I keep thinking about Bryan's book where he says the abx pushes the lyme deeper and deeper into the tissues which is what we don't want. But I guess, at the same time, abx is also killing it.

Sandy, very good questions you've put out there for feedback. I ordered the book last evening and am looking into having a Rife Machine built for the day I'm ready to begin using it.
I feel you are correct regarding the antiboditcs driving the bacteria deeper within our tissues, etc. Seems all of this a a "catch 22"; how do we know when and when not to take on a different treatment approach...........
Guess it will have to be an individualzed personal decison, huh.

4-5 months is not time at all when you consider that the 'average' treatment time for chronic Lyme is 1-4 years according to Dr B.

Are you pulsing your antibiotics so you can Rife inbetween? How long have you been sick?

I know you're right and I've had this for years. I'm thinking maybe use the machine while pulsing the abx.

I have been on abx for 8 months - have had period where things were inproving, a level of normalcy. But have started someof the cyst busters. this really let me know how drvin in some of these keets were. It like starting all over. I am also consider the rife process. I don't know how mc more of the ABX I can take anymore. I know that I willhave to try for awhile yet befor going to different methods to continure improving. I do know of one guy who is having good susess with rife and salt&c - He still uses abx for select periods of treatment. Has the same concern about long term ABX and what they do to our bodies.
