How does one properly do a spit test for candida-cold water, warm water or room temp?
Also, does anyone here do muscle testing on themselves? I had a therapist show me how to by holding an object up to my solar plexis and asking yes or no questions. Does this seem to work/help anyone?

I think room temp would be fine, Nancy.

Doesnt spit naturally contain candida anyway? I mean maybe I am wrong here, but dont we naturally have candida in our digestive tracts to help with digestion? I know it overgrows but I guess I am having a hard time figuring out how the spit test can help because wouldn't we all fail it if its in our systems naturally?

I prefer some electronic energy testing like EDS or Vega to muscle testing. I find it is too error prone - except for maybe an experienced ART practitioner like Dr. K.

My md and other practioners use muscle testing on me. I use the pendulum and I get the exact same answers that they get. And we do not tell each other our answers until we check in. Both of these take alot of practice to learn. I've been doing it for years.
I never take something or do things without checking. All our bodies are different. Also your body can change within a short time and change from day to day. It works for me.
Please explain spit test. How to do it.
