Do you have to be on heparin therapy for the lyme test to accurately show positive?
Thanks, Cutie

I have never heard of heparin therapy having an impact on the Lyme test results... Hmm.... It is used for addressing hypercoagulation which is an issue with Lyme but have not heard about its use to increase results with any testing.

I'm going to the FFC and they said they like for people to be on heparin for 2 weeks before the lyme testing. My appt is on Tuesday and I just want to go ahead and get tested for lyme!
