[Big Grin] Pq? Marnie? [Big Grin]

From the Townsend letter.

"Action of Bb Produced Toxin.

The action of botulinum (as well as the toxin from the Lyme spirochete) is to prevent, through its action as a proteolytic enzyme, the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Nerve endings may be associated with other nerves or muscles (the neuromuscular junction).

Dietary Supplements in Lyme Disease.

One of the known actions of the Lyme spirochete toxin is to diminish the release and availability of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, a simple organic compound (see above for chemical structure). This substance is biosynthesized by the body as required in nerve activation and transmission. Supplementation by the precursors of acetylcholine synthesis would be of value to Lyme patients since they have a deficiency of this substance. (See Listing 1.)

Listing 1: Dietary Supplements Increasing Acetylcholine Synthesis Improving Neurologic Function.

* Phosphatidylcholine (Lecithin)Acetyl-L-Carnitine
* Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)
* Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
* Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
* Lysine (Amino Acid)
* S-Adenosylmethionine (SAM) (Sulfur-bound Adenosyl Methionine)

If the inhibition of acetylcholine release were total, Lyme patients and those suffering from food poisoning would not be able to move; they would be completely paralyzed. Since the blockage is only partial, any increase in the amount of available neurotransmitter would benefit anyone experiencing neurotransmitter blockage. For this reason, dietary supplements increasing the amount of available acetylcholine have been shown to benefit Lyme patients.

Acetylcholine Formation.

Phopsphatidylcholine is a constituent of lecithin, a well-known dietary supplement. Acetylcholine is simply choline to which an acetyl group (CH3CO-) has been attached. Lecithin is the source of choline, and acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) is the source of the acetyl group. Carnitine is synthesized by the body and requires several factors, including the amino acid lysine and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). The supplement known as SAM (S-adenosylmethionine) supplies methyl groups (CH3-) to lysine, forming trimethyllysine. This compound is further processed, requiring additional vitamin C, resulting in carnitine that supplies the necessary acetyl group." [Big Grin]

Ran across this possibility:

Trilisate tablet
choline mag trisalicylate

Liver too "fatty"/clogged -> multiple probs.

We know the body is attempting to cure by dumping Mg, big time. We know Bb uses our supply of choline...

That makes Mg, choline (B vitamin, also acidic)...attached to an acid...interesting...

Little mineral (the RIGHT one)...attached to a lot of acids -> hydrogen.

Acetylcholine does contain "H16" in its molecular formula.

Cholera also follows the cholesterol pathway if I remember correctly.

And the virus that causes SARS...

"angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is a crucial receptor for the SARS virus"

What did scientists do (in mice so far)?

They gave MORE of the above enzyme...

Not unlike using heparin as a lyme treatment (Bb locks onto a heparin receptor)

AND...a double benefit...heparin contains H16 in its molecular formula.

WHY is 16 the magic number?

Get the most powerful antioxidant (hydrogen) UP and cure...but why only 16 hydrogen atoms and no other drug, natural substance, etc. that contain a different # of hydrogen atoms?

All the gram neg. pathogens are missing acids...they need ours to survive.

Some believe the pathogen that causes MS needs (if you work your way backwards to understand) our folic acid.

Restore the balance to heal. Figure out which nutrients are taking a hit and restore them and the body will heal itself.

The body is always trying to find alternative routes to save us.

If calcium is being "bound", this is not nec. a bad thing. This is the body's chosen route to help fight. Ca "competes" with Mg for binding sites.

Bottom line...get your pH UP.

B1 helps with this also, I did testing through King James Labs, it showed I had a mito disorder, my cells needed the B1 to function better. I take daily 200mg injections, kinda of painful but I can tell when I don't take them.

26. Oleum Chenopodii. Oil of Chenopodium. -- This volatile oil, obtained by distilling with water or superheated steam, is a colorless, pale yellowish liquid, peculiar, disagreeable odor, bitte burning taste, soluble in 70 p.c. alcohol (8), sp. gr. 0.967, levorotatory; contains a terpene-- pinene, C10H16, and a liquid oxygenated portion (C10H16O2), ascaridol. Chenopodium is a herb. It is called Mexican Tea. It has been used to treat roundworms. This is curious:
We isolated ascaridol from a commercial preparation of Chenopodium oil and analyzed its activity against different tumor cell lines in vitro (CCRF-CEM, HL60, MDA-MB-231). Multidrug-resistant (MDR) counterparts of these cell lines express differentially the MDR-conferring ATP-binding cassette transporter genes MDR1, MRP1 and BCRP, respectively. We found that ascaridol exerts antineoplastic activity. The findings of the present investigation are the first hint that ascaridol may be an interesting novel candidate drug for cancer treatment.

TOO much of a co-incidence. Why only things that have 16 hydrogens?
HELP...biochemists?
