To those of you that see Dr. J in North Carolina, what can I expect during/from my visit?
I just got an appointment for March 9th. This, after probably the crappiest morning in a long time.
I have had postive Lyme titers. A number of them. I was sent to a Rheumatologist and met with him for the first time today. He had the nerve to tell me that since I've been treated for Lyme already, I don't have it. He quickly diagnosed me fibromyalgia, and told me there was nothing he coulld do. Nothing....
Don't worry. I educated him on the ins and outs of Lyme and kindly (actually not so kindly) told him to kiss my butt (only I was a little more vulgar).
He was such a jerk. I've just had it. I am so happy that a message from Dr. J was awaiting me when got home... What a blessing!
And, if that wasn't enough, I just checked my email and there's a message from an attorney that is willing to help me with my diability claim (which is a lot more complex since I work for Uncle Sam).
OK. I'm sure some of you have forgotten my original wuestion, because I had to scroll up to figure out what I had posted about. (Thanks for reading my ramblings, I'm just so happy.)
What can I expect from Dr. J?
