My main symptom these days is I have tightness in the chest and abdominal area. I feel it's so tight that it's almost painful when I take big breath or sneeze. I can feel the tightness in my diaphragm such that it's hard to even talk. Is this a symptom of babesia? Does anyone else have anything like this?

My 16 year old son has this, especially the chest tightness. He is being treated for Babesia too.
