I've been using Podi patches and ebay patches on and off for over a year. I use them almost every night and they have given me huge relief and enabled me to resume a normal work schedule.

I had an accident yesterday while removing the patch and want to warn you all to be careful.

I was removing either a podi patch Heaven or ebay Green that was on the ball of my foot & toes. These patches have the "improved adhesive" that doesn't shred like the podi patch originals does when you try to remove it. The adhesive comes off in one big sheet.

I was running late and took off the patches in a hurry. I pulled the patch from the bottom up toward my toes really quickly and a big strip of skin pulled right off my big toe. The skin on the underside of a big toe is really thick and a lot of it came off with the adhesive leaving a big bloody crater. The skin is missing from about a third of my toe.

Needless to say I was really late after that. It took a while to stop the bleeding and get my toe all patched up. It will be quite a while until the thick skin fills back in and it really hurts to walk on it.

Nothing like this has happened before, the adhesive usally comes right off. I don't want any of you to get "peeled" like I did so PULL SLOWLY when you remove the pads.
