I've been searching all over this board to find symptoms of systematic yeast...especially in the GI tract but can only find info on how to prevent it. Can someone help me out here with symptoms of systematic yeast.

Thanks and best wishes!

Yes I can tell you my symptoms as I have confirmed systemic yeast.

1-Rheumatoid Arthritis-Can be caused by Lyme disease and can be caused by systemic yeast.

2-Stomach burned when I ate anything.

3-Rash in armpits.

These were my main clues. I also had some minor vaginal rash and when I tried Diflucan, the joints went wild. This kind of tipped me off too.

Systemic yeast can have as many symptoms as lyme itself and I wonder sometimes if some of us aren't chasing lyme when we should be chasing yeast.

I have also confirmed through a urine challenge high levels of lead and mercury and 3 root canal teeth and one old wisdom tooth site (tooth gone) have tested positive for infection. (Teeth were not confirmed by a urine challenge)

So I am working on lots of other things at this time and hope when they are resolved I will be well. If I am not, I will focus again on the lyme.

When my yeast gets high (when I have cheated.....shhh don't tell anyone)

The first thing I get is a white coating on my tongue, then itchy feet and hands. Then if it gets real bad......

Bad breath, sore throat, inner ears itch, heartburn, hiatal hernia, constipation, depression, and an increase in headaches.

I know that for me these are all yeast related, because when I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing I don't get these synptoms. And usually its a cascade once I see the white tongue I know the other symptoms are soon to follow.

My link with all the yeast and lyme symptoms is on my home computer and I'm in another state.

Go to the "search" link above and click on it. Then type in "Yeast symptoms [or candida] compared to Lyme symptoms" Type in my number 743 for the member number.

It should bring up the link for you.
