I feel like with my abx and my supplements that I'm taking a TON of pills...is it okay to take all this stuff together?

Probiotics, maitake mushroom extract, etc.

Just wondering. I'm not a pill lover, so...

Thanks,
Cutie

If taking acidophilis,VitaminB complex,mg,cq10,etc take at least 2hrs before or after abx's.Abxs kills the acidopilis and vitamins and minerals bind to abx's making less effective. Never take grapefruit juice with abx's.

Figuring this out took me awhile, too.

I'm not sure what all you're taking, that makes a difference.

I take my probiotics in the morning on an empty stomach. I take my ABX only once a day, and I take it with my evening meal and other supplements.

I take Host Defense, a medicinal mushroom mix, 2x/day, with breakfast and dinner.

I'm taking tons of other herbs, meds, and supplements, but they may not be what you are taking.

Maybe if you give us a list of everything, we could be of further help.

Also, I had to make myself a chart. It shows what I take before meals, at meals, bedtime and times in-between!
