Okay, quick run down. I have not been diagnosed with Lyme through a doctor but from what some of you tell me on here the bullseye rash is enough it itself. So....
The tick bite was before my DD was born and I do nurse her.
Little background first: At 2 weeks old she was put on an atib. for strep. Took 4 more course to cure it.
Had 2 UTI infections
About 6 ear infections
Thrush
High fever- 105.5
etc. etc.
Anyhow I have seen that all this can be a sign of Lyme. Now she has had a total of about 15 antib. percs. and probably 7 rocifin shoots. All for other conditions. The fever of 105.5 was unexplainable. Every test they did was neg.
I have seen some post refer to antibo. showing up in the test. What is this. When she had the fever of 105.5 they done a step and it was a false postive and the doctor said the antibo. could of been showing up from the rocifin shoot.
Docotor had her on a sulfur anitb. for 6 straight months. At her 12 month check up we stopped it. 15 months and no new signs of any illness. No fever, nothing.
If my DD had lyme does this sound like a typical cause to warrent testing for her?
Could the disease made her sick for all this time and with in the last 3 months she just have her "better days?"
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this!
