Yikes. I just found out that my new husband is being sent to Louisiana, and I fear that there are no LLMD's there. We are trying to make a case for staying here in VA where there are a few LLMDs to treat me.

Anyone know of any LLMDs in Louisiana?

Yes, you're in luck! There's one there who has trained under Dr C of MO.

I can get you his contact info.

How's the gall bladder?

That and the high levels of mold from Katrina would worry me.

LymeToo,
Please PM with that information. Thank you so much. The gallbladder is better. Thanks for asking. The gastro has put me on Actigall (bile salts) and we are waiting to see if that makes a difference.

The gastro says he thinks that if I get it taken out, I won't feel any different...he is unsure if it is my problem since my pain and discomfort is constant. He thinks my digestive system has a functional problem (LYME?) that won't go away by getting my GB out. However, I may still have to go that route eventually.

He says I may have a condition called Bile Reflux vs Acid Reflux. Very interesting!!

Hope,
Aaack...I didn't think about the mold. That sounds horrible. We will be living in the center of the state vs the coast. I hope it isn't as bad there! Yeah...more worries. [Frown]
