I've used ACV and honey mixed w/water for detox. It really helped my aching joints feel better. However, I didn't have any garlic in it...

I have the same problem with the vinegar and honey. It causes so much pain in my joints.
Psano
I wish it made my joints feel better. I actually like the taste of it in hot water.
I read the blood type diet recently and all forms of vinegar are a no-no for my blood type. I wonder if that has anything to do with why it makes me hurt more.
I too am battling big yeast problems.

If I were you I would throw out the vinegar and honey...
I used B-alive products for awhile and they just made me worse...
I know. I know....honey or pollen is supposed to have antibiotic properties...then how come they did'nt cure syphilis with sue bee?
Anyway...the garlic will help a number of things...the other stuff just exacerbates the lyme....IMO...........zman
