I wanted to share something that has helped me a great deal with my terrible muscle spasms-- sarsparilla root. It is an anti-spasmodic, and I have found that it works better than any prescription muscle relaxant I've ever tried! Magnesium is also a key factor in controlling muscle spasms -- I wish I could do the magnesium injections, but my LLNP doesn't do those... so oral mag. is a lot better than nothing.
Sarsparilla root is available pretty much anywhere they sell herbal supplements. I read about it in Buhner's book, and I'm so glad I tried it!

Thanks, I'll give it a try. My muscles are tied up in knots...
