I just had 3 doses of this stuff during and after surgery and I am still herxing badly from it. I had a terrible headache, and now have those awful electric shocks in my body especially into the bottoms of my feet.

Anyone use this in lyme treatment, have experience, want to share stories or info? Please do I only know some basics from googling it.

fill me in on this one,
trails

Hi baby.

My mom had it for post-op infection following colon cancer surgery. It's powerful medicine. It worked!

My heart goes out to you. What you've been though! With more ahead. You oughta get the frequent-cutter discount.

I don't reckon they'll slip you a Relpax what with hoping your blood vessels will constrict after surgery rather than dilate, so not much help for your head other than painkillers.

That's why they put a port in that IV. Have em put something useful in it. IV Demerol comes to mind.

Sending you a snuggle and warm wishes to get the heck outta there in good repair soon!

Love,

Michelle

I had IV Keflex for surgery and oral keflex after. No problem with either.

Best,

I was prescribed this drug last week to fight another infection, but it has really hit the lyme as well. I started herxing a few hours after taking the first dose. I think this is one of the worst herxes I have had from an oral pill, so it must be hitting the lyme.
