being ~ I find getting into hot water in general increases the nerve pain in my leg, considerably.
Maybe take a little cooler bath?
I've not had any luck with epsom salts so can't help you there. So far it makes me achier and twitchier.
Good luck!

hey human
I couldn't tolerate hot baths. I would feel dranied like a rag doll afterwards for quite a while.
So now I just take warm baths. It wasn't so much the epson salts as the temp of the water. I have heard alot of lymies are heat sensitive.
Hope you can feel better soon
