if it did, and, if that "finger lickin'" good stuff were prepared fresh, direct from the twelve faucets of that nursing dog in the backroom of the pet store... ..., there wouldn't be enough in it to do anything, even to an infected tick.
"...and leave those puppies alone..." just kidding.
in some bottle off the shelf? consider shelf life, storage temps., humidity, and so on would further degrade whats there.
quality control...?
same thing if you got fresh frozen colostrum form the le leche league freezer, or colostrum off the store shelf, or....
tincup, or ice cream cone... ...a few squirts...nursing mothers on the park bench...? got bail?

again, consider quality control issues, for each and every ingredient in pet products, and for a given product as a whole; unless, of course, your looking to do a remus, or romulus number(however the names are spelled), berthing some neo-romanesque empire with a nursing dog.
o/w, for approx. $24.oo, for nutrients you listed from the pet product, check super market shelves for infant formulas for humans. no transfer factor in these though.
better chance of improved health with the hu. infant formula than w/ a pet product containing transfer factor in such low quantity that it would do anthing even for the lone bacterium of your choice.
