I'm on it into my 4th month and doing great. I'm about 90% improved with most of my sx. (long list of 15yrs worth). Only thing it has not helped is the vision problems, which have steadily got worse with tx.
The Bad:
The first two months were pretty rough. I'll leave it at that..
I'm planning on doing Mino with Diflucan next to addresse the vision stuff (hopefully). I think if I recall, we are seeing the same LLMD.
Good luck.

Yum - Mepron... Have you pulled up the old Mepron buddies thread? Great info.
I made good progress on Mepron/Biaxin, but it took awhile. Think I took the pediatric dose of biaxin at the beginning - I was a wimp (not that there's anything wrong with that!). Later on, I switched to Ketek.
If you're taking a full teaspoon of the yellow goo (Mepron), I think you need 20 grams of fat to make it as effective as possible, and really get your money's worth. Make every drop count.
Also, I read somewhere not to eat almonds to get your fat intake with the Mepron - there's a discussion about it somewhere, maybe in the Mepron buddies thread, not sure...
Bottoms up on the yellow paint!
