I've read a lot of posts endorsing Primal Defense. But I remember several years ago reading online the recommendation to take large quantitites for the first few months. When I added up the cost of doing that, it was just too expensive to try.
Now, with Lyme, I need the best I can get. I'm already on Perfect Food, and they seem to repeat each other.
To those who are on Primal Defense, what's the dose you're taking and did you do a period of heavy dosing?
And to anyone who's tried both Primal Defense and EM's, how do they compare? EM's are way cheaper. Thanks.

I did Primal Defense and found it very, very beneficial. I couldn't do it at such a high dose for 3 months. I did it for 1 month, but even that was wonderful.
There is a new product called Primal Defense Ultra. It is 5 times stronger than the orginal. It's only a few dollars more per bottle. It's much more economical to take the Ultra.
I do not know what EM's are.

I did primal defense for a year & didn't find any improvement & have read mixed reviews about this. Not much in the way of pro-biotics & in my opinion just over priced dirt & a waste of money. Sorry.
I did like the "super green foods" by them alot. Can't seem to stomach it anymore.
