"I have intermittent nausea, dehydration, and my weight is dropping -yet again, and although initially I was grateful, now I can't afford to lose much more."
I'd be worried about possible babesia. Many of us have Lyme and coinfections like babesia.
Are you following a yeast-free, sugar-free diet?? No white foods??
The following signs/symptoms may be present in those infected with Babesiosis: Fatigue* Arthralgias* Myalgia* Drenching sweats* Headaches* Emotional lability* Depression* Dark urine* Splenomegaly* Dizziness* Nausea and vomiting* Cough* Dyspnea* Fever* Chills* Hepatosplenomegaly* Jaundice* Malaise* Shortness of breath* Bleeding tendencies, bruising* Thrombocytopenia* Hemoglobinuria* Hyperesthesia* Pulmonary edema* Encephalopathy* Low to normal range leukocyte counts* Possible elevated levels of dehydrogenase, bilirubin, transaminase* Anorexia* Approximately 25%- 66% of Babesia patients are known to be co-infected with Lyme disease. These symptoms may continue for long periods of time, decrease, then return. A low Babesiosis titer (IgG) often indicates a chronic infection. An acute or current infection may show a higher reading on the IgM test initially. There are over 100 species of Babesia in the United States but only ONE or TWO species are currently checked by commercial labs.

If you're doing saunas, you could be losing too many electrolytes and getting dehydrated, not to mention you are probably mobilizing and excreting a lot of toxins, possibly metals. And you're killing spirochetes, getting die-off.
Is your doctor running blood work to check your electrolytes? Are you taking any supplements to replenish what you lose in the sauna?
Personally I can't tolerate even a minute of a sauna, I'm probably way too toxic.

The symptoms you listed are consistant with adrenal fatigue or in an extreme case Addisons disease.
Typically, the potassium (K+) levels are elevatd, and the sodium (Na+) levels are low. As the body loses salt, water follows and resulting in dehydration and dizziness.
Do be cautious with the saunas until you sort this out.

I get them at Whole Foods Market-- cost $13 for a 3 month supply-- 1000 little pills -- you dissolve under your tongue-- Actually taste good --
You can buy online --
The first time I used them was because I had Heat stroke perty bad -- and could not get over it--Days-
I took some Bioplasma and in 12 hours I was able to walk around and in 1 day I was feeling good--
Everybody I know uses them now -- Makes that Big of a differance --
One thing that most folks say is that there mouth is not dry anymore --
folks say that they get a energy boost from them too --

If you want cheapest of all, buy Himalayan salt and dilute it in 4 cups of water. Not too salty, just a bit (until you feel it's a bit salty, but very bit!). Shake the bottle and drink it during the day.
The Dr. K institute in Stuttgart recommends people to do so and they don't sell any other electrolyte product for the moment.
That's what I've been doing for long.
You can also add a mineral punch daily to put back lost minerals.

Yes serendipity has an excelent note here!!!! Adrenal issues. Adrenals help regulate our hydration hormones and stimulate our immune system.
I think so many of us forget to look into this area, with all the stress our bodies are under from treatment and infections I can't imagine that all of us don't have adrenal issues.
It took me 5 months to figure out that my adrenal were shot. Sweating hands and feet, sensitive to the cold, hair fell out below my knees and hydration issues.
