I am getting to a place where I will need to receive your payment before I can mail the box of papers. This last issue I had to go into my own pocket to cover postage for people who said they would send payment and never did. I can't take that kind of hit anymore...so please understand my need to now have payment BEFORE I mail the bulk issues of the paper.
As always, if you would like to add a few dollars above the postage costs for a donation to the PHA, that would be much appreciated, but it is never a requirement!
I am also trying to clear out my back issues. I have the following available for the cost of postage only:
Each box has a postage cost of $10
10 boxes of mixed and assorted back issues (70 copies per box)
2 boxes of the Burrascano retirement issue
1 box of the Univ of TX San Antonio lab studying Lyme as a bio-terroristic agent.
