OK, this is so strange.

They turned on the a/c where my husband works. He came home the next day (he's on the night shift) complaining of severe sinus/headache. he is very allergic to mold and allergies stuff. He suffers a lot in the spring here.

He had also started on just one cat's claw per day.

This is day three and he's asleep on the couch. Says his neck hurts when he lays down and he has a "killer" of a sinus or something headache. So bad that he can barely function.

Oh, and on top of this, he went fishing all day about 4 days ago. He is prone to sun poisoning and he stayed out all day in this Texas sun. He now has a massive area of red oozy blisters down on the right side of his mouth. They look really terrible.

I'm at my wit's end on what to give him.

Is this a cat's claw herx, result of the sun poisoning or the mold from turning on the a/c at work?

oh,,,,help......tylenol, sudefed, etc. is not working....... Oh, yes, he's running a fever of around almost 100 if that helps...

hi randi

So sorry about your hubby situation

Sre you using anything else beside cats claw
Can you talk to your llmd about some of other ideas?

I had a sinus infection and used the essential oils topically - it helped the head pain

Farah posts information on this

If he is allergic to mold - there are herbs people use for it ? look up oregano

I wonder about the next pain if this is neurological - those spirocytes in the brain

when i first started on the herbs - i got blisters in my mouth
Dr K protocol addresses this -neuraltherapy.com

hope you get some answers

So sorry to hear about his dilemma. Hopefully you will get a handle on it.

I never had any mouth sore problems that I can remember.

THe only thing Cat's Claw did for me at first was give me gas. And Devils Claw was even worse. BUT after a few days, along with Sarsaparilla, I was starting to feel great.

Be sure to try the Sarsaparilla IF he can. I feel that and Devil's Claw are my favorite herbs now.

Also, one I don't want to be without is Red Root tincture. It is for cleansing your system to keep your lymph system working properly. That includes your liver too.

Try stopping the Cat's Claw for a few days and see what happens. Keep taking the Sarsaparilla though. IF you still have that problem stop all herbs for a few days and see what happens. IF still a problem try getting away from the air conditioning for a few days too.

Take a sick leave or whatever. Shame on him being in that hot Texas SUN. I was down in the Houston area Last October and just about died from the heat. Don't know HOW you folks can take it.

=============================

Reminds me of why I haven't moved back to Texas! LOVE IT there as long as it's not hot! I grew up in that sweltering Houston climate...for many years we didn't even have air conditioning. ARRRRGGGHH!!!

I agree with stopping the cat's claw for a time. Maybe it's from the A/C and molds, pollen.

Hope he feels better ASAP!!
