I would like to try chelating for metals/ mercury. In the past I have tried chlorella and I felt terrible when I took even two tablets. ( Not stomach pain , just sick all over fluey feeling ) .
Should I try the chlorella again , or try another product ?
Is there a gentle way to accomplish this ? I tried detox footpads , but saw very little discoloration after using them .
Also , if chlorella is the best choice , is there a cheap brand that works ?

read GiGi's recent posts about chlorella.. she says it's much easier on the body to take A LOT of chlorella at once, rather than one or two tablets. you need enough to both mobilize and bind the metals, otherwise they'll float around in your bloodstream with no means of escape and you'll feel awful.
