For those of you who are CT residents with medical insurance in CT, I was just wondering your experiences are with coverage regarding IV treatment.
From what I understand so far, medical insurance in CT insurance doesn't have to cover IV treatment expenses for more than 4-6 weeks. But, if a specialist (ID doc, neuro or rheumy) prescribes it then it must be covered indefinitely.
Do I have my info correct? Thanks for any input.
