I was scheduled August 1 to see the LLD and he had a cancellation so I just saw him yesterday. I liked him and he was very thorough. He drew labs for Igenex and I will get results back in 2 wks. He thinks it's highly probable I have borrelosis.
There may be an end in site to this living hell. Hate to get my hopes up too high at this point. I've been sick a lot of years and here I sit waiting again on labs and hoping this Dr. may be the one that will find my root problem. Liz

Zil,
I remember the waiting for the results so very well. Even more, mine were late and when you are counting the days because you are so darn sick, it raises even more anxiety than I already had.
But the good news is, that there is a high chance that you will finally be able to put together pieces of your health issues. When I was told that I tested positive, I cried.
Not because I was upset, but because I finally knew what had been making me so sick and could finally start on a treatment protocol.
It sounds like you are in good hands with your doctor if he's running lab work through Igenex, so you should pat yourself on the back for getting to him.
No matter what the outcome, I do hope you will let us hear how it went and how you are doing. The best of luck to you and thanks for keeping us posted.
