Hi Skyler,
Zithromax can cause your ears to ring, I would let your doctor know this is happening to you.
My ear ringing got worse more so with Plaquenil that from zithromax for me, but I have had ear ringing for a long time before I started meds for Lyme or Babesia.
It got a little better when I stopped the plaquenil, and it gets worse for me if I take aspirin.
I hope this clears up for you.

Hi Skyler, Yes I had this really bad on Zith. It went pretty much away when I stopped it after five months, but not completely.
In the early days of antibiotics, the way doctors determined when the dose got too high was by the how much the patient's ears were ringing.
