I'd like to suppliment my regimen but I'd like to know everyone's experience. I've read that Magnesium can inhibit the Doxy, but the Magnesium is suggested for the twitches.

What are you all taking/doing to suppliment your AB treatment?

According to everything I read, you should not take magnesium 2 hours before or after doxy, but it's OK to take it at other times. I have been taking magnesium religiously for 3 months now and the twitches are 90% gone. It could be the abx that got rid of them too...

Anyway...I take good probiotics (threelac), magnesium, zinc, alpha lipoic acid, vit c, vit b complex, vit b12 sublingual and the core Bruhner protocol in addition to doxy and zithromax.
My LLMD strongly recommended magnesium as well.
Good probiotics are a must. You must protest your GI tract. I bet a lot of people who have to stop taking abx due to Gi issues, didn't take good probiotics.
