I'm having stomach problems- can anyone relate?

Not sure if this is a Lyme thing my stomach has just had enough of carbs and fruit. I had a plum at breakfast and my stomach feels like I burned a hole in it. I've been on antibiotic for a few years now for chronic Lyme.

Wish I had some energy to do housework.

Might just be a resurgence in the Candida (tons of gas [Frown]

So sorry about your tummy - it's not fun to have stomach problems.

It sure could be the yeasty beasty. Are you taking your probiotics? S. boulardii is good for your GI tract, too.

Might be helpful to try the anti-yeast diet as well. I love fruit, too, so cutting back on that is always a tough one, but it does help sometimes. Cutting out the wheat helps, too.

Not sure about the specifics of your tummy trouble, so if there's more or if you feel like you need to - call your LLMD.

Hi, yes I do have stomach problems too.

Often, ginger tea is helpful.

Other times I use a heating pad if it's really bad.

I can't tolerate any fruit whatsoever (except maybe tomato, and even that one is iffy). No grains, dairy or eggs. No meats either.

I sent you a PM.

Hi IMHisda

Sorry to hear you are having stomach problems [Frown]
They are truely the pitts.

I have had stomach problems for a while now & can't eat fruit because of the sugar & also because of the acid content.

Gas is usually a big indicator for me that it is candida related.

Here's a recent discussion on stomach problems:

Hope you can feel better soon [group hug]
