I was talking to an employee at at health food store and he recommended that I suppliment with oregeno and b-glucan along with ABX, but to not take them at the same time as the ABX.

Does anyone know of a reason NOT to take these?

Hi EyeBob,
I have used oil of oregano. No one said I couldn't take it with ABX. A whole lot of help that was, sorry.

I don't know what the other one is.

Bumping this up for someone that knows more than I do.

I accidentally took some once at bedtime. (Ok, didn't have my glasses on and the bottle looked the same as my probiotic.) After I swallowed the capsules I realized they were small and brownish and not large and white. The really strange thing is I slept better and woke feeling better. Beats me. The healthfood store people thought maybe it was the anti-inflammatory effect.

It may work better if not taken at the same time as the abx...not sure.

I don't know anything about b-glucan.

B-glucan and oregeno are thought to be anti-biotics/anti-fungals.

I dunno either. I'm going to do some research on them today to see what I come up with....
