I got my Mepron prescription last week. I went through the drive through and I thought the pharmacist said to refrigerate it, so when I got home I put it in the frig. A day or two later I read the info that came with it and it said not to refrigerate it and to keep it at room temp between 59 & 77 degrees. It also said to not freeze it because that decreases the amount of drug that can be absorbed.
Do you know if I harmed the med? Has anyone else had experience with this?

I would ask your pharmacist. They are the best informed people in matters like that.
I also read that you decided to wait until after New Year's Day to start on it.
I did likewise, waiting until I had finished my travel for the summer before starting Mepron last summer. It was a wise move!

Thanks for your response. I was hoping not to have to tell the pharmacist what I did! I called her a few minuets ago and since I'm the first patient on it she doesn't know much about it. She pretty much had the same info I did. She said she will call the company and let me know if there is a problem.
