I woke up this morning extremely ill. Threw up for several hours, major body aches, fainted, and have one scary symptom I've never had -- racing heart. It has been almost 12 hours now, the heart rate has decreased but is still fast.

Is this a herx or should I be going to a doctor?

Thanks.

I would see a doctor. Throwing up is never a good sign, especially when its mixed with a racing heart.

That could be potassium levels or something else thats causing that.

Go to an ER if you have too!

Thanks....I know I should go to a doctor but I can't afford it. I'm 100% better now. I think it was due to a combination of a herx and extreme stress that I am going through right now related to my relationship, and money. I will have insurance soon, so if it happens again I'll go straight to the ER. I will also look into the potassium issue.
