30 drops twice daily. I think that when you get that high, it has done a lot of killing already or you have very good detox to keep ahead of the die-off. It is probably the single strongest product that NutraMedix offers in my opinion and experience.

Thanks for your responses.
I'm going to start tonight.
SixGoofy: Were you told to take on empty stomach? The only thing my LLMD told me was to drop the drops of Cumanda into lukewarm water and let it sit for 10 minutes to let "the alcohol in it evaporate." (quote from LLMD)
Do you know the exact protocol and how many drops did you start with? It didn't come with directions (of course).
Any help from Cumanda users would be appreciated. I'll also try to google. I'm scared and excited...but ready!

Clarissa, I am on the Full Cowden and with that protocol it is taken 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. I was only directed to let it sit for one minute before drinking it.
The Full Cowden protocol is available in a study that Dr. H did on www.ilads.org. Let me know if you can't find it.

I tried to push it to take the "suggested" dosage (30 drops, 2X a day) in 17 days but I couldn't. I got to 10 drops, 2X a day but that was still too much. I've had a stomach flu so I stopped everything for now. I was able to get up to 5 drops, 2X a day. My doctor said it was OK for me to go slow & I could take it for up to 6 months if necessary. It's very strong stuff.
I think you only have to wait 1 minute after putting it in water & take it 30 minutes before breakfast & dinner (like 6goofy said).

I only got to cumanda drops 18 drops twice daily and stopped there. I couldn't get to the higher doses. I've been taking cumanda since July, and it took me 3 months to get to 15 drops twice daily. I took the burbur for die off which helped a little bit.
I hope I can take it indefinitely. My naturapath seems to think I can take it up to 18 months. It's good for yeast, I think. I am also taking doxycyline, too, and just recently, Tamiflu.

Thanks for your feedback, CherylSue!
I did 4 drops 30 minutes before my dinner (approx 2 hours ago). So far, so good.
My LLMD would eventually like me to get up to 80-100 drops daily to kill more Bart (I've already done 4 mos of Zith & Rifampin).
Clearly, 60 drops a day seems to be the HIGHEST norm...so I'll take his goal amount with a grain of salt.

Wow, 100 drops. Thanks for sharing your LLMd's info. I didn't know it was that good for Bart, although I don't think I have that coinfection.
My LLMD didn't know about cumanda until I showed him the info, but he said I could continue taking it with the ABX. I couldn't tolerate the zith. Made me very depressed and sicker. even at 1/4 pill.
I'll try to ramp up my cumanda. It sounds like a very good thing. It seems the LLMD's on the East Coast are using it. My LLMD is in Missouri.
Also, Dr. H of Hyde Park, NY mentioned that the Cowden protocol was not effective for babesia. Nutramedix is coming out with a new tincture next month for that, however. It's Enula (sp?)
I may have babesia. It's hard to tell with Lyme because so many symptoms overlap. I may have viruses, too. Who knows?
Good luck with the Cumanda, Clarissa.

Update:
I'm up to 15 drops on my 3rd day and so far, feel absolutely nothing.
Could it be that the 4 mos on Zith & Rifampin did a lot of killing?
