So here I am doing the Biaxin thing again. I just took some about 2 hours ago and I feel amazing right now. My head feels like summer!!!!
I just cant believe it. Does the Biaxin cross the BBB?

Yes it does. There was a study that my doc told me about, that measured the concentrations of biaxin in the CSF. It was present in significant levels relative to other abx. I do not have the citation for that study, it would be good to find.

Yes it does and I think it also is one of the abx that maintains higher levels in the bloodstream over time as well

That's awesome! What dose are you on? Have you herxed on biaxin yet? If yes, how bad was it? How long have you been on biaxin?
