wondering if anybody has any idea what causes the never ending spine pain and stiffness. And, if there is anything to help it.
A few months ago after getting sick with flu after flu this symptoms came back with a vengeance and i rarely have any releif from it. I notice it mostly in my upper spine and neck but my lower back is weak feeling as well.
What do u think causes this? Is it the lyme? Babs? Bart?
Its all just so frustrating. On top of the bad spine issues ive been feeling just really heavy and weak especially in my limbs and tingling alot.
Nothing seems to really be helping it, or anything for that matter. I used to have the bad spine stiffness and achyness from time to time mostly when i was herxing but it would come and go. It seems like this has been bad for me everyday for a few moneths now.

Thanks for the responses everybody. Ive been treating lyme for over 2 yrs with abx and other alternative therapies.
Prior to getting sick with the flu in January i had been feeling like i was making my most improvement. At that point i was on a couple different abx along with some herbs. Then in Jan i got sick and kept getting sick. Thats the only thing i can think that has triggered all of this.
Since then ive treid a few different things to get out of this and nothing really seems to help. Right now im back off of abx and doing some herbs along with colloidal silver.
Ive never tested positive for babs or bart but i know that might not mean anything. Ive been thinking about treating babs with art. I have an appointment with my llmd next week to discuss it but ive talked to him a few times about it and he doesnt really seem to know.
I guess at this point ive just gotta hope things get better with time.
Thanks again. If anyone has any more advice or info please let me know.

Joe are you seeing a referred LLMD? That may make the difference in treating co-infections, and getting well.

Hi
Look into Babs -- the symptoms you list could be babs--Jay--

Hi jocus20
I have it too and here is what works for me.
1-massage. A really good masseuse who knows how to find and break up the knots in the muscles around your neck, shoulders and spine.
2-Rebounding (mini-trampoline) and yoga. Rebounding moves toxins through the lymph system so they don't get stuck in your neck and shoulders. Stretches like yoga also keep the knots from forming.
But most helpful is the massage. She keeps me painfree and mine gives me a cut rate so I can see her weekly.

I had this w/Lyme. It takes a long time and lots of antibiotics to get rid of it. I've been on abx for 2.5 years now continuously, and it's pretty much gone now. I'm being treated for Bart and Babs now in addition to still being on some Lyme meds and I didn't test positive for them either.
