Well I have been taking sublingual B12, folic acid and B6 after my LLMD gave me some information on a nitric oxide scavanger that could help my MCS.
Well I also read that B12 can do the same thing. So I have been going for the shots and taking it sublingually and wow. I have alot more energy and stamina. Its amazing.
I dont feel cured but I do feel more awake.
I just thought I would share.

B-12 with folic acid is amazing, ain't it? Made my motor tics go away and definitely helps with energy.

How does one go about getting B-12 shots? Does your llmd have to prescribe them? How often do you get them? How long do the positive energy levels seem to last? Are they significantly more effective than B-12 tablets?

You have to get them prescribed.
You can give them to yourself or have someone give them to you at home.
People with low levels usually start out with daily shots to load up, then taper to once a week or so.
For me they are not as awesome as a Starbucks double espresso, but they rival a short Duncan Donuts.
Thanks again to Treepatrol for turning me on to this stuff.

I love them. I will say that after being on them for several months, you won't think they're doing that much....but if you skip them you will know it!!!!
I've been on them for nearly 3 yrs now. They really help my brain fog and depression too.
Thanks for reminding me. I need to take one tomorrow again. I tend to forget them.
