The spirochete goes into a spherical cyst form when under stress.

the sphere is the strongest shape from an engineering standpoint because all stress is exerted equally at all points.

anytime there is a corner in a shape (could even be the end of a cylinder shape as in the spirochete) there is an angle to calculate where the weakpoint is.

the sphere has no corners, so all forces act on each point equally. this is probably why the spirochete forms this shape when under stress (like from antibiotics)

the AIDS virus is a sphere, that is why it is so virulent.

some of you probably know this already, but I just thought it was interesting.

if we could come up with a medicine that will coat the spirochete with a chemical that will inhibit its ability to form a sphere, that might be a cure.

Thanks for the interesting thought....

It would be nice to have a medicine that would at least find the dang things...and kill them as spirochetes....

the heck with coating them....kill them!

I'm quite content to use a cyst buster at present to erradicate the cyst and target the spirochete inside...

It's the ones corkscrewed into our organs cells that I have a problem with....especially the

one's in the parts of the brain that tell the nervous systems what to do....adrenal organ, pituitary organ etc....

Then I would'nt have all these wonderful transcient pain cycles or intermittance.

Well, the nitroimidazoles,

hydroxychloroquine, and a preservative used

in some grapefruit seed extract preparations have all been shown to

act against cysts. They're just all so toxic, though, that

unless one were proven to facilitate a cure, I don't

think I'd use it.

There is a journal article I think which speculates that grapefruit extract by itself is pretty useless for anything. The article says that the active ingredient in grapefruit seed extract is actually the ingredient used in antibacterial soaps -- apparently the seeds are washed before being crushed and the extract could theoretically be contaminated with the soap and/or antiseptic ingredient.

Personally when hubby first got sick he was using grapefruit seed extract daily -- continued for 1 or 2 months I think. Definitely did not prevent the Lyme, Babesia or Bartonella from infecting him.
