Did you ever take LDN (low dose naltrexone)? It reduces inflammation(in nerves anyway), I am going to ask my LLMD to prescribe it next time.

I take these: High dose fish oil, Serraflazyme, Digestive enzymes (enteric coated protease) on an empty stomach, bromelain.
I don't take these but they are known to help reduce inflammation: Feverfew, Noni-NutraMedix, Rutin.
Edited to add: mangosteen
As usual, check anything to decide to try with your LLMD.
I hate the snap, crackle pop of inflammation. Not to mention what it does to everything, including the blood sugars.
Hope you get it under control.

Where is the inflammation located? Anti-inflammatory gels that are localized can be made at various pharmacies and if you can't use anti-inflammatories in any context, pain medications like codein or others can be mixed in a cocktail into a pain gel or taken orally. Is the issue a digestive issue, joint issue? Allergy, Liver? What is the reason for not being able to take anti-inflammatories, so I can fine tune my ideas.

Might want to give try Zyflamend. Very easy to take no side effects. I thinks it's helping me a little bit. So hard to tell when you take so many pills.
Boswellia is said to help well. I haven't tried it yet but it's on my shopping list.

Thank you all.
MetallicBlue - The inflammation is all over. I generally get muscle inflammation and my hands are particularly bad. It is not joints and it is not localized, so a gel won't work.
I can't take anti-inflammatories because I have a genetic inability to detox them. I had the Detoxigenomics test through Genova and there was a list of medications I couldn't detox.
