I am having issues with feeling like I don't know what I am doing. this is scary.

I am also very fatigued, and taking a lot of meds. It could be I am just unable to stay awake or the meds are doing this. I am on heavy duty narcotics and lyrica.

but the last two times this happened I hadn't had any changes to meds. one time it was in the summer with the heat.

could be dehydration or something metabolic too.

anyone have this and have a dr tell them what it is?

Roro,

My delerium/confusion is/was encephalopathy related.

It sounds possible that the narcotics and lyrica you are taking are compounding any previous delerium/confusion you may have had before the drugs.

I know someone who took lyrica and it did a total number on her.

Hope this helps.

morphine 60mg/day (4X15mg) extended release
lyrica 75 mg twice a day
vicodin as needed 5mg/325 (norco)
doxy 300mg/day
biaxin 500mg/day
rifampin 600mg/day
probiotics (lots)
nexium 40mg/day
toprol 50mg extended release
nystatin 2 pills a day (dose?)
10 mg ambien at night

Fatigue is an understatement. I am lethargic, having trouble keeping my eyes focused. I can be woken up without much difficulty.

By that list that your on this might be just too many drugs for your body to handle I would call your LLMD pronto.

oh, and i forgot 10mg ambien at night.

I am going to cut out the vicodin and reduce the morphine back to 3 pills a day. since I went up on the lyrica, my pain is not as bad.

my LLMD will just tell me to call my primary. i go to the neurologist (LL) on wednesday. if it gets bad before then i will go to the primary.

I dont want to go to someone I dont know, I am afraid of getting a psych diagnosis.
