I assume it's alright to post this publically since he isn't a LLMD but works with herbs? They run by different rules than the LLMD's.

There is no artemesia tincture with Dr. Z's protocol. In fact, he discourages tinctures totally, as he says the alcohol is too harsh for the liver. You might want to check back with your doctor to be sure of what he suggested you take.
Did he mean extract ? Or tincture ? Get the exact name from your doctor's office manager if your doctor is not available.

He is an M.D. - however, as a published author, he is in the public eye just as Dr. Schaller and Dr. Singleton. It's hard to share their books without the name of the author.
Remember they are to be used as your LLMD directs - none are intended as a stand alone supplement but are to be used as a part of a protocol. Sounds like you have instructions from your doctor about that, though.
You can get Dr. Z's book and learn more about that protocol, too. Many LLMDs incorporate those support methods.

I live in Texas . There are no docs who treat lyme here . PLUS , I have recently lost insurance after years of paying premiums and receiving no benefits . I am self treating .
LLMD 's are a nice idea for those who can afford them , have access to them . Nevertheless, many who have this luxury seem to relapse, so EVERYTHING with this disease is a crap shoot .
Thanks so much for taking the time to make suggestions !
