yes, i know the feeling for 2 years now. It has gotten much better but it is still slightly there. I usually have migrating pressure in my head, and then I get a sharp pain in my foot and simultaneous tingling on my scalp.

I always have head pressure, not necessarily a headache, just a pressure, especially on the top of my head. Like my skulls too tight.
Nothing has made this go away. Some days are better than others though and it is definately associated with how bad my brain fog is.

Yes, I experience this too from time to time. Sometimes it then turns into a headache, but not always. When I do get headaches now though, I don't bother taking anything. It's like they aren't normal headaches (which I guess they aren't) and do not respond to any pain medication.

I think it's my worst symptom. I believe its' cause is also responsible for my sudden inability to drink alcohol.
I think it's a result of brain swelling. It causes mild-severe dizziness, vertigo.
The relentless vertigo can be horrifying. Moreso than pain I think. It scares the hell out of me. Cuz sometimes I wonder (While its happening.)"what if I stay like this for good?".
To have to endure the dizziness for more than a few days, where sleep is your only escape...it's terrible if you ask me. I'd do anything to get rid of it.
I think many Lyme patients that have been driven to suicide in the past, may have had severe brain fog amongst other symptoms. I can see how it can drive someone, or scare them into doing illogical things.
