Now I'm waking up with no chills, nothing with my heart, no cramping, no headache, anxiety decreasing by the day, muscle twitches basically gone.....
All very encouraging.
BUT I have this unbelievable fatigue while during my work day. It's almost a fatigue so intense it makes me restless, if this makes any sense. Like, so tired I cannot just relax and do work. Anyone had this before? Is it just the lingering effects of the lyme and will it eventually subside.

Clint,
This book, by an ILADS member LLMD, has a lot of good information regarding energy and adrenal support. It is a very valuable handbook. I hope you can get it soon.

A wired tired feeling points to adrenal problems. Ask to have your cortisol levels checked.

Clint,
You describe this fatigue as making you "restless." I have heard of bartonella fatigue described as an "irritable" fatigue, so I'm not sure if that applies to you or not but keep it in mind. I always envision it as some little kid on a sugar crash....tired and cranky.
I get more of the babesia fatigue though, so I can only relate what I have heard.
Of course, the fatigue could also be just straight up Lyme. Maybe it will fade on its own...who knows. But perhaps you will also need further treatment. Better to address it now than later, b/c you are going to need to address it at some point if it doesn't go away.
So sorry you are going through this, but I am thrilled to hear about your progress. Just pay attention to your body...only YOU know if you are still infectious or not.
Good luck! Hang in there!
