Hi,
I've suspected I 'got' Lyme in 1996 when I was 17. A doctor confirmed it via electrodermal testing in Sept 2007. I played it off thinking since it wasn't a blood test, I may not really have it (didn't want to have it).

I've been having panic attacks a lot lately, lots of muscle twitching, fatigue, difficulty with confusion.

2 or 3 times this year I woke up with an extremely sore and swollen stiff knee that lasts for about 24-36 hours. But like yesterday, I woke up feeling like I'd worked out a ton on my feet and my legs/butt. What is that all about?

I tested positive for either bart or babs with elctrodermal testing too. My husband was tested and didn't have anything related to Lyme, but he also doesn't have symptoms.

I have noticed now that I think about it, I felt the best during the few weeks or months after I'd had antibiotics for other things.

I'd like to go as natural as I can, but remembering how I felt somewhat positive about my life and mental clarity after the antibiotics, I'd consider it seriously.

I guess now with the anxiety and heart palps, I'm afraid I'm going to just drop dead, but since I've had this for 12 years, I'm sure I'll be fine for awhile (husband's insurance is a health saving account and since he is type 1 diabetic, it is currently depleted).

Thanks and take care,
Ocean

Sorry you aren't feeling well. Im having a really bad flare up myself lately. I do natural energy therapy myself and it helps me a lot. I can't tolerage antibiotics. However, everyone is different.

Do you have a lyme dr that you see regularly??

Hi Nal,
Thanks for the message. No, I'm not currently seeing a doctor. We moved back to California (from OH) because I thought that maybe last time I felt better in CA was all the sunshine, ect...

I've been feeling worse and am thinking that last time I felt better in CA because I had gone on a high raw (90-100%) diet with lots of wheat grass and barley green and little to no sugar.

We miss everyone at home too and are probably moving back as our house hasn't sold (foolishly, we thought it would pretty easily and dropped the price, ect), so this move has cost us over 10K and I'm stressed about it...

The good thing is that the exacerbation of symptoms has be believing that I definitely have Lyme and am eager to seek out help.

I plan to go back to the alt doc in OH though when we move back.

How do you do energy therapy? I would definitely be interested in that! Do you go to someone or do it yourself??

Thanks,
Ocean
