What if anything are people here doing to get rid of possible filarial worms acquired from tick bites?

In my case, I didn't know for sure if I had them, but treated for them anyway because I had heard that they can be part of the lyme complex (and I can be a little on the obsessive side with my health).
I used the controverserial salt/c protocol (not to be undertaken without an MD's or ND's approval) and sometimes energy frequencies. I, too, suspect that Enula may help since my daughter's health improved with it though it is difficult to say for certain what it 'hit.'

I don't know that I have them, but I thought that if there's a harmless way to get rid of them I should try them just in case. If they are in tick bellies then they're probably in me!

Filaricidal properties of a wild herb, Andrographis paniculata.
Dutta A, Sukul NC.
Water decoction of the leaves of Andrographis paniculata killed in vitro the microfilaria of Dipetalonema reconditum in 40 min. Three subcutaneous injections of the extract into infected dogs at 0.06 ml per kg body-weight reduced the number of microfilariae in blood by more than 85%.
The larvae were not totally eliminated with more infections but the reduced microfilarial level persisted. No toxic effect of the extract was observed in rabbits.
The treated dogs became lethargic initially for a week, probably due to the mass killing of microfilariae.
Antifilarial effect of Zingiber officinale on Dirofilaria immitis.
Datta A, Sukul NC.
Department of Zoology, Visva-Bharati University, West Bengal, India.
Dogs, naturally infected with Dirofilaria immitis, were treated with the residues of the alcoholic extracts of the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale (ginger).
Twelve subcutaneous injections of the extract given at 100 mg/kg reduced microfilarial concentration in blood by a maximum of 98%.
Fifty five days after the last injection there was 83% reduction in microfilarial concentration suggesting partial destruction of adult worms.
Half of the treated dogs showed some lethargy at the beginning of treatment possibly due to the mass annihilation of microfilariae in blood.
see section 7: Antibacterial / Antimalarial & Filaricidal
Excerpt:
AP extracts are also efffective in killing filaria (microscopic worms) that obstruct lymph channels in the body, leading to gross swelling termed elephantiasis. . . .

Andrographis is also discussed in the two books below as part of a TBD protocol.

Well, I'm doing the Buhner protocol and have been taking andrographis for almost 3 months, so maybe filarial worms are not something I have to worry about a lot. I still think I'll try the Humaworm when this protocol is over.

The humaworm won't get to this type of worm but it is a very good product. Unfortunately I see stuff every three months when I use it. I don't see anything in between parasite cleanses and not a lot when I do so I am hoping my infestation is not too bad.
I don't know that I got my infection from a tick bite and not sure if I have the Filarial worms but I did do Enula for about 3 to 4 months while I was on Cowden. The Enula brought out a "critter" the first 10 days I was on it, too.
I have never had swollen Lymph Nodes or any Lymph issues - does that mean that I may not have the Filarial issue??

I do have/had filarial worms. I also have ascaris (roundworms-some of them 16-20" long)I have gotten rid of a lot of both by taking very potent herbs.Just ordered 2 more sets
(1 targeted specifically for filarial worms and 1 for ascaris.) I order them from the Monastery of Herbs in Calif. You can check them out under paramont herbs...then go to MOH product.
I have taken many of these herbs and they literally saved my life. I also do salt/c protocol.
