I recently saw my LLMD this past week. He said Im making good progress and Ive had one of my abx upped because my body is handling it so well.

As I mentioned before, my WB through Igenex was positive. My CD57 level was also low. My coinfections tests were all negative. No heavy metal problems, all thyroid, kidney are doing fine.

My other area of concern is low Vit D, and too high iron in the blood. He also wanted to have my inflammation reduced even more as my level is high.

So Im upping the one abx (biaxin), adding a digestive enzyme (vascuzyme) for the inflammation, and adding Vit D on top of all my other abx and supplements.

Its interesting that I wasnt sure how I was doing since I live it every day, but when I compared my symptoms this time around vs 6 weeks ago, (same symptom sheet updated) I had made some subtle progress in almost every area.

The tough thing now is trying to find a good diet. Since I need to cut down iron foods (meats, green veggies), probably reduce Vit C because of its interaction with iron, no sugar, no dairy, avoid caffeine and msg...boy...it doesnt leave much.

But at least things are progressing... in 2 weeks, another phlebotomy to reduce iron, 2 weeks later, another blood draw to monitor progress, and 2 weeks after that, another LLMD apptmt, which could be the last...

What a journey...
