Anyone have an idea as to why my left side specifically, just below rib cabe, left side, and back lower left back/side area is hurting. Kidney? Pancreas? Any organs on the side and back there?

Ive had my abx increased, started taking digestive enzymes, added oregano oil on top of my D, Bs, omegas..and the blood draw, all in the last two weeks.

Prior days...rotation of herxes...and the last two days, side pains. Just sitting here it feels like a dull pain and twinges when I move.

Could be absolutely anything - or nothing at all. It could range from a simple muscular injury to something serious. If it continues for more than a few weeks, go see a doctor and have an ultrasound or CT scan. Until then, just relax. It's probably nothing serious.

Today...not as noticeable. Typical lyme. Its like chasing a ghost. One day, pains, next day, gone. Ebb and flow, wax and wane, yep..thats lyme. You'd think after almost 2 yrs Id be used to the suddden pains coming and going.

Back to the fight....

cat scan, ultrasound and endoscopy-colonoscopy couldn't find anything

i am thinking it is spleen...but why can't they find it???

i just read an article about someone with undx babs...who almost died from spleen rupture---

Could be your adrenals which sit atop the kidneys.

I have this exact pain. Left side, near ribcage, in the back.

I started isocort for adrenal support and the pain instantly went away. Unfortunatly, it comes back if I stop the meds. I think my adrenals on that side are shot.

Try some adrenal support and just see if it helps you.
