I am on my 4th almost 5th month of the Cowden Protocol.
I like it.
But, I do not like the head stuff that happens when I take Cumanda.
I plan on backing off of it today to get some relief.
Just wondered what others have done.
I know it says to take the parsley or burbur...but that does not seem to help me.
I assume I just need to take less of the Cumanda.
Suggestions??

Pressure in the head to the point of not being able to do anything.

You can substitute Quina and/or Banderol for the Cumanda, I think.
I've found the folks at Nutramedix very helpful when I had questions - you may want to give them a call.
