We saw Dr. H yesterday. He said he sees 3 or 4 cases a year as sick as her. He considered flying her to CT to see Dr. J. She is too sick and he is too busy.

There is so much going on that it is hard to know what to deal with first.

He wants us to go to an ND in Reno, NV who some of you are familiar with. He suggested that before, but it is a long drive and very expensive, so we didn't do it.

Now we have no choice. We are seeing a new chiro in Redwood City, actually 2. One has a Bionic 880, then hopefully heading over to Reno if she can fit us in this week.

He wants her on glutathione pushes and IV ampicillin - that all - for now (to treat the lyme). We won't be able to start until we return. We are leaving at 6 a.m.

Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I'll check back in on the road or when we return.

Best to all,
Marla

Marla,

Prayers said for your daughter and the rest of your family who love her.

I hope that you make some kind of headway with one of these various doctors and that relief is on it's way.

Thanks so much for the update.

It sounds like you have some viable options to explore/pursue for your daughter.

Best wishes to you!

Claire

Be careful of the glutathione, as I said before. Our daughter, who crashed a few years ago and is now doing pretty well, got very sick from IV glutathione, even at a low dose. We did smaller amounts using syringes. Start low on anything that goes into your daughter, whether by mouth or IV.

At least IV antibiotics will not go through her gut. But I still think it is possible that your daughter is sick from treatment, not from Lyme.

I don't know where you live, but there should be help available closer to home. The expense and travel of seeing LLMD's and ND's is a burden that I wish you could avoid. Medical care should not be like a religious pilgrimage.

There is drama in saying that Dr.H. has only seen 3 or 4 patients this sick. You want to avoid drama, esp. for your daughter's sake. Did Dr. H. say this in front of her?

Chances are, if he said that, and since he has seen so many Lyme patients, that the extreme sickness of your daughter is not from Lyme.

The ND in Nevada will probably do some wonderful things, and you are already headed out so, in some ways, this post is for others.

If you end up using the Bionic 880 with borrelia nosodes, be sure she's off abx and infection-killing herbs so there is not treatment failure.

I am free of Lyme now after Photon treatment, it's truly amazing. Now I get to work on coinfections, but I'm fully functional in the meantime.

4seaseons--let us know if the chiropractor uses the bionic 880 on your daughter with nosodes and how it goes. Blessings. Hiker53
