Now I feel a little worse. Is that kinda normal when starting this type of therapy? I also have an ENG tomorrow. I am NOT looking forward to that stupid test at all!!
My therapist does work with Lyme patients so hopefully she will be able to help me.

Yep, my kid experienced more dizziness at times as the brain and body got recalibrated/resynchronized.
The goal of the exercises seemed to be push the dizziness envelope in steps. My child went from not being able to stand or walk, without holding on to something, to walking unassisted in about two weeks. PT sessions were 3X per week.
Good Luck and be sure to do the assigned exercises at home too.

Im definately doing the exercises at home. I just wanted to make sure the increase in dizziness in the beginning was normal. Thanks!
