I have a problem with aluminium and am looking for a gentle detox method. I still have amalgam fillings, however mercury wasn't an issue. I was hair tested. Not sure how accurate this is.
My doctor has recommended EDTA IV, but I don't believe that is safe.
I have read that cilantro and chorella aren't strong enough chelators and can drop heavy metals once they are mobilised.
I have done IV chelation and oral too. My son has done oral chelation as well for tin. There is a lot of hype on the safety of it all and in my opinion it is safe. We see a Dr who has been doing chelation therapy for years and he is really good.
Not sure what access you have there but binders 20 mins before are important. If you do a search here you can see that many use other things such as Bentonite clays along with Chlorella and other binders too.
Not sure you have an dental fillings (amalgams) but be careful as any chelation can pull those out if one still has them in.
Hope this helps. Stacy
