Internal tremor is my biggest complaint. I get it in my head and fact at night. I get it in most my left side at times during the day. It wakes me in the early morning and it's definitely worse at night.

Doxy seemed to help after a couple weeks, but then it came back. Magnesium has not helped. I would be thrilled to hear of anyone that has had success getting rid of this.

I sure wish you luck.

Will

Personally, I take B12 everyday and it hasn't seemed to help.

You need to take plenty of binding agents to carry the dead debris out of the system preventing the neurotoxins vagabonding through the system. Most of the detox/die-off happens in the early morning hours and the vibrations are often not felt during the day. Metals cause tremors and vibrating problems until they leave the body.

Binding agents for neurotoxins: chlorella, fiber and more fiber, pectin, guar gum, potato with peels, betasitosterol (made from potatoes), etc.

Take care.

My hand and head tremors are almost all gone after over two years of oral and IM antibiotics.

I also take magnesium and sublingual methyl B-12 (the Jarrow version).

IV rocephin, though I have not used it, sounds like a good tx for these symptoms too. IM bicillin and high dose amoxy helped me. Best wishes.

My LLMD says I have parkinsonism symptoms.

I recently (last month or two) have developed a fine postural or action tremor - most noticeable in my hands or toes. You can see paper, kleenex, etc. shake when I hold things pretty noticeably.

At the same time I have also developed some rigidity in most major muscle groups. Arms, trunk and legs the worst.

I also have the twitching that sometimes will move a finger or toe. Very wierd stuff.

Have the internal tremors and vibrations as well. Just started IV - hoping it helps!

Anyone similar?

I am like mayberrynut. Lots of internal trembling, vibrations, pretty much constant, though it does wax and wane.

When it's really bad it causes tremors. At my worst, prior to diagnosis, I was in the ER due to shaking and tremoring all over.

After 9 months of tx, only slight, slight improvement. I'm on orals. This is one of my worst, most uncomfortable symptoms. Would love to hear more ideas to help relieve this. Thanks Gigi for the detox info. TS

My tremors started after 5 days on doxy I herxed and had a middle of the night shaking all over event. Since then the tremors-mostly in my hands and face have been on and off. Some days I can't get a spoon of soup to my mouth. I do wonder about debris being a part of it, but none of my detox efforts have helped. Some days are better than others.
I have a friend who has been diagnosed as having parkinson's as her tremors have gotten so bad.
Any feedback is really helpful.

With any neurological symptoms, tremors, Parkinsonism, ataxia, movement disorders, rule out Gluten/Wheat/Grain allergy, as well as heavy metal allergies.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16508226

Please read some of my recent posts on Allergie Immun.
Gluten and metal allergies do not show show on a regular allergy test.

Take care.
